Bill Walsh’s Ultimate Success Camp Part 1 – Karen Hoyos

by admin

In a word – WOW – Ultimate Success Camp from Bill Walsh and team was simply amazing.

Powerteam International facilitated the creation of a space so genuine, it was truly unique. So many open, authentic, abundant people with an open heart to play a bigger game from love.

Here is part 1 of a symphony of 4 parts because there were at least 4 distinct experiences to share with you.

It was funny today when I was at another networking event this morning when I shared my vision. Most of the people in attendance knew me as specializing in using the internet as a tool to drive more clients, customers, prospects to grow their business. When I stood up to speak towards the end of the meeting, even the people talking at the far end of the table stopped in their tracks as I owned my power. When I shared my vision to be who you is, to be a transformational leader and facilitate the transformation of 1,000,000 by April 23, 2016 to be who they is – the smiles and giggles arising from their inner knowingness was awesome.

And I share that with you not to impress you but to impress upon you how truly transformational it is to let go into your heart’s authentic love. One gentleman even shared good luck with me to whom I will be forever grateful.

That’s what happens when you be who you is…

… the curtain of ego leaps into satori and thus begins the journey into the infinite joy.

Ultimate Success Camp was another facilitation of me being who I is and what’s possible for you.

My mission to facilitate the transformation of 1,000,000 people by April 23, 2016 is a mission that I felt inside of me as far back as I can remember. Of course, I may not have known it as that way back when though I always have had that inner knowingness that the mission that arose defined by those precise words is what I am called here to this life to do.

To this I share my gratitude with Karen Hoyos, a transformational leader who shared her work with us at the Ultimate Success Camp. At one point in her presentation, she asked us to write down our vision.

Here’s what I wrote down:

“I wake up early each day in abundant gratitude knowing I get to own my power of being a transformational leader because I am being of service to massive numbers of people facilitating their transformation to be who they is, now.”

My hand was the first one up when Karen asked for volunteers to share their vision. At first I grasped the paper pad on which I wrote my vision, to which Karen emphasized I let go and speak from my heart. So I tossed the paper pad back on the table, grasped the mike, informing everyone I was now Matthew, Oscar was yesterday (look for videos of a hypnotism stage show surfacing on the internet on a computer near you soon).

As I connected with who I is sharing from my heart, power rose up within me as it felt like the room shook when I shared my vision, to which I received thunderous applause and the entire room pointing at me expressing their belief in me. At that point I became immensely humbled in gratitude as I shared thank yous with the entire room.

Next, Karen asked us to write down our what/why and here’s what came from my heart:

Freedom, a planet of open people, giving back to my family

Somewhere in the midst of writing both parts, I let go and cried in the middle of about 100 people, most of whom I had never met before. Here’s the kicker: I was OK with it and actually smiled and embraced a woman with gratitude who shared my releasing experience with me.

Hah, depending on what mindset you’re in right now, you could totally take that a completely different way. :)

What was a profound realization was that Oscar (thank you Will Duquette) is an analogy for the me I had not met yet, the greatness residing in me Les Brown had talked about in his presentation.

Boy, am I ever looking forward with abundance to the future at both Will’s seminar for The Shift here in Chicago and Les Brown’s speaker training here in Chicago with appreciation for what I have right now.

Thank you, dear reader, for being open to share an experience from the heart.

May your week be blessed.
